Summary

In this episode we discuss goals. First we talk about what a goal is and why it is important. Then we discuss some examples of bad goals and get into what makes a good goal. We use the acronym “SMART” to illustrate the qualities of a good goal. For some reason we also talk about diner food and pizza delivery.
